MFR Program accepted for presentation at the World Harm
Reduction Conference in England!
We are very excited to announce that the abstract submitted has been accepted and we have been asked to the World Harm Reduction Conference in April 2010. We will be doing a presentation and share information about our programs and how our community is coming together to best support mothers and pregnant women with addiction. There are no scholarships available for information session presenters so the cost of travel and conference attendance will be raised through donations and fundraising events. Of the $6000 required for both the Executive Director and Agency Coordinator to attend the conference, about $3000 has been potentially secured. If you are interested in helping with fundraising events or privately donating please contact Heather at 377-6890. Any donation small or large will help!
